All volunteers, organization heads are most cordially invited to attend the
Philadelphia Ganesh Festival's Kick-Off Meeting for 2008 festivities. Please
come and sign-up for activities in various committee and let's all think
again...how we are going to welcome HIM in 2008..
PGF 2008 Kick-Off Planning Meeting
Date, Time: May 18th, 6:30pm onwards for 2 hours
Venue: Bharatiya Temple Auditorium
Who should attend? Everyone who can help plan a grand welcome
for Lord Ganesha
Light dinner will be served for all..
Important Announcements
(1) This year, festival's Coordinators are:
Shri. Pramod Kotwal, Shri. Niranajan Samant, Shri. Vipul
Rathod and Shri. R. Sivakumar.
(2) Sarada-ji, Ganesh Patil and Mukund Kute will mentor the
leadership team, lead 1 committee each and will be there when
any help/guidance is needed.
(3) PGF steering committee will be headed by Shri. Nand Todi.
Vice Chair will be Tushar Veanti of Marathi Mandal. Other heads of
participating organizations will also join the PGFSC.
(4) We are going to manage the daily Prasad
efforts ourselves using hired help, donated help by local restaurants and
volunteers.
So, folks, with the loud chants of Ganapati Bappa Moraya,
