The
"membership year" for Philadelphia Marathi Mandal (PMM) begins from the
Ganapati program. PMM membership dues are still same as last year (see
below for more details). As a member you get free entry to the four major
programs of the year (Ganapati, Diwali, Sankrant and picnic) and discounted
entree to other events. PMM has organized a variety of events over the
past few years (go to http://phillymm.org/karyakram.asp
to see a list of past programs). Our members take lead in organizing monthly
Sankashti Chaturthi
celebrations and the Philadelphia Ganesh Festival.
2008-2009 is going to be a banner year for PMM since we will be hosting the BMM
convention in July 2009. So join PMM from the
beginning of our new "membership year" by attending the PMM Ganapati program on
Sep. 7th.
